There will be weather from Friday Morning to Saturday Morning. This storm will almost entirely be a cold rain with chances for snow on the front and tail ends.
As the storm moves in by mid morning on Friday, conditions will be extremely marginal for snow to fall. The earlier the storm arrives, the better the chance to see a brief period (up to an hour) of snow before rain takes over. Rain will take over and continue until early Saturday morning as the storm moves offshore and cold air overtakes the column of air. As precipitation weakens and temperatures fall to around freezing, there will be a chance for another period of snow, however it is likely areas east of I-95 have the best chance for this back end precipitation.
Overall expect a wet and cold Friday. Look out for a brief period of snow Friday and Saturday Morning. Accumulations will be up to a trace of snow for this event. I do not expect any impacts on travel.
Here is a loop of the HRRR model. Notice the slim area snow (blue) leading the event and ending the event.

This forecast is for the general Central Maryland area.
LOOKING AHEAD: There will be a weak storm this Sunday into Monday which brings a better chance for some accumulating snow.
