Above is an model depiction of the snow/rain line at 1 AM Monday Morning. This model shows areas like carroll county (red dot) to be switched to snow by this point in time. Again these conditions for snow are extremely marginal and temperatures are above freezing. Small factors such as elevation could affect when certain areas turn from rain to snow.
Recent model outputs show the storm system to be weaker with a weaker cold air mass behind the front causing the snow. This means a shorter period of snow and a slower transition from rain to snow. This would limit accumulations which explains my cautious accumulation predictions.
